Economic data released today:

Crude Oil Inventories as reported by the Department of Energy:
U.S. Crude Oil Stockpiles fell by 2.105 Million Barrels at 368.524 Million Barrels; U.S. Gasoline Stockpiles fell by 4.337 Million Barrels at 203.954 Million Barrels; U.S. Distillate Stockpiles rose by 0.672 Million Barrels at 148.127 Million Barrels; U.S. Refineries ran at 81.8% versus 83.7% a week ago; U.S. Crude Oil Stockpiles fell by 2.1 Million Barrels in the week compared to expectations of a drop by 700,000 Million Barrels; U.S. Gasoline Stockpiles fell 4.4 Million Barrels in the week compared to expectations of a drop by 1.2 Million Barrels; U.S. Distillate Stockpiles increased by 672,000 Barrels in the week compared to expectations of an increase by 700,000 Barrels; U.S. Refineries ran at 81.8% capacity compared to expectations of an increase by 0.3 points at 84.0%.

FOMC Meeting Minutes:
Reluctant to disclose names of fed facility users; housing may be nearing trough; home price drop slowing; financial conditions stronger; confidence up; tentative signs that pace of contraction waning; deflation risk has diminished; unemployment rate to be above 9% through 2010; downgrades econ forecasts through 2011 from January; Fed may need to buy more Treasury's, MBS.
