something similar happened to me, luckily I didn't have a lot wrapped up in those numbers. I paid for the year and shortly after I received the letter aying that they were canceling service. I have since just moved over to Teleblend which seems to work fine, but it was odd to me that they had all my info and everything too...and that's most definitely something i'm not cool with.
