Good Life China Corporation (GLCC) Logistics Candidate Update

BEIJING, Jan. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Good Life China Corporation (GLCC) Further to the company announcement of December 30th where amongst other things the company announced that it has identified 2 separate public companies for the spinoff of its logistics division, the company has retained the services of Merger Law Group to assist with its filings process in Germany

The acquired company is a UK based PLC company Robox A I PLC Symbol: 5RB quoted on the German Deutsche-Boerse. . Mr. Yang a spokesperson with Good Life China said, "Recent changes in the securities laws effecting German issuers will require an expose filing of the issuers business (equivalent to USA a form 211). We are working as quick as we can to get this done including the split off agreement and share distribution to our broad shareholder base.

The 2nd public company is a USA based Pink Sheet issuer who came forth unsolicited after the conclusion of the shareholders tele conference held last week, remains a possible option for Goodlife, as our corporate advisors and our Corporate Secretary Mr.Winters continued the negotiations over the New years holidays."

In other company news, we have reviewed the final draft over the New year holidays regarding Westmount Resources an OTCBB quoted company which Good Life China, intends to issue a statement of claim (a complaint in USA) in an Ontario Canada court for certain defaulted business matters. Mr. Yang concluded, "In a separate and unrelated matter our corporate advisor Mina Mar Group has identified another perpetrator, upon whom a separate statement of claim will shortly be served and filed in an Ontario court. In summary the issuer is advised and verily believes that this "distributor" of sort, or a short seller with hired assistants which frequent the Internet chat boards lent or sold shares and or acted in a manner inconsistent with the task in which they were entrusted with. The issuer intends to vigorously proceed against both of these matters, including an already existing litigation against a certain chat board which offers these "misinformed entertainers" a forum to exploit the unsuspecting public."
